The Executive Energy Search Process

Executive Energy applies industry best-practice need verification and search methods, building in flexibility for specific client requirements:

  • Confirm Brief. We conduct in-depth discussions with the client to become familiar with the organisation and the requirements of the executive. From this we craft a detailed description of the role, specific skills, requirements, strengths and experience.
  • Research Execution & Screening Interview. Potential target candidates are identified through in-depth research of the competitor market. Suitable contenders will then have an in-depth interview with Executive Energy, and from this a short-list will be compiled.
  • Candidate Submission & Client Interview. Detailed reports of the short-listed candidates are compiled and presented to the hiring client. Focus is placed on detailing the candidates match to a range of factors, all specific to the opportunity in question. From the short-list we facilitate the interview process at the client location, providing support as the process progresses.
  • Contract and Close Out. We provide close support during the sensitive phase of contract offer and negotiations. Once the candidate has formally accepted the offer, we continue to stay on-side to ensure a smooth transition.
  • An Ongoing Partnership. We remain part of your team even after the candidate’s employment contract has commenced, checking in to ensure the success of the placement for both parties. Ongoing consultation is also provided in identifying skills requirements to match your business aspirations.
