Timothy Crossett draws upon over twenty years experience as an Energy and IT executive.
With a progressive career spanning Oil-Field Services, Operating Oil Companies, Software Development and I.T. / Management Consulting services, Timothy has selected, recruited and mentored teams from five continents.
In his capacities as Solution Director at SAP and Subject Matter Expert at IBM Global Business Services, Timothy advised national Oil companies on software selection for technical applications and ERP implementation, and start-up E&P companies on organisation and structural growth.
An avid networker, Timothy’s contacts span the Oil&Gas industry, with a focus on upstream, business and technical software solution vendors, systems integrators, management consultants and the non-conventional and renewables sectors.
As Managing Director EMEA, Timothy focuses on clients and candidates in Europe, Middle-East and Asia/Africa.

Niels Leppert brings more than two decades of management, strategy and search experience to Executive Energy.
He is co-founder of the firm’s global Energy & Technology Practice. Since 2001 Niels has been Managing Director of US-based Accella Research, a financial services recruiting firm focusing on the retail private-client arena. Niels’ client list includes companies such as Credit Suisse, JP Morgan Securities, and Barclays Wealth.
Prior to founding Accella Research, Niels was a Senior VP at a Florida-based executive search firm, and was a leading producer in their financial services practice.
Niels graduated from Brown University with a B.A. in Literature & Society. While at Brown, he authored “The Interactive Text”, a thesis on the coming effects of electronic media on literary thought and social interaction.
As Managing Director Americas, Niels leads client management with a geographical focus on North and South America.
Niels is a Florida native and resides near Orlando.
